Air Fryer Turkey Patties (Fresh Homemade)

The secret to these amazing turkey patties is the savory sauce (either Worcestershire sauce, fish sauce, or soy sauce). They lend a wonderful rich and deep umami flavor. Our favorite is fish sauce. It’s brings a depth of flavor that will keep everyone saying this burger patty is the best they’ve ever had! If fish sauce isn’t up your alley, Worcestershire or soy sauce are still great alternates.
