Yes, this is a great dish to make ahead for breakfast for the week. It should keep up to a week if you’re starting with fresh boiled eggs. Keto Egg Butter
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt , or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper , or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- bacon bits (optional)
Serve with sliced cucumbers or celery sticks
- Fine chop the eggs. Transfer eggs to bowl with softened butter, salt, black pepper, garlic powder.
- Gently stir the egg butter until everything is combined well.
- Serve with low carb veggies and top if bacon bits (optional).
