  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt , or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper , or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • bacon bits (optional)

Serve with sliced cucumbers or celery sticks


    • Fine chop the eggs. Transfer eggs to bowl with softened butter, salt, black pepper, garlic powder.
    • Gently stir the egg butter until everything is combined well.
    • Serve with low carb veggies and top if bacon bits (optional).

    If your air fryer is preheated or if you are cooking multiple batches, you may need to reduce timing by a few minutes (unless preheating is called for in the recipe).
