You can cook the steak bites solo. Or add mushrooms, asparagus or what ever veggies you like. But if you want to serve with potatoes: cut potatoes into pieces about half the size of the steak bites for them to cook to the best texture. We prefer using pee-wee or baby gold potatoes and then cutting them in half or quarters. For a Keto version, you can cook the steak bites without potatoes or with other keto-friendly veggies.
For the types of steak, use your favorite. Depending on the budget, we prefer ribeye, sirloin, tri-tip, and chuck shoulder steaks (aka London Broil steaks).
