Pre-heat air fryer at 380°F for 5 minutes. Coat the asparagus with the beaten egg. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder evenly over asparagus. Gently toss to coat evenly.
In another bowl combine the ground pork rinds and parmesan cheese Dip asparagus in the parmesan mix and shake off excess. Spray all sides of the coated asparagus with oil spray. Dry coating might fly around in air fryer and burn, so make sure to coat any dry spots.
Spray air fryer basket/tray with oil spray and place the coated asparagus in a single layer in the basket/tray.
Air Fry at 380°F for 5-8 minutes. Gently flip and spray any dry spots with oil spray if needed.
Air Fry at 380°F for additional 3-5 minutes or until they are crispy golden brown. Serve warm with your favorite dip.
